Richard Hurtley

Managing Director

A multi-channel lifestyle fashion brand founder, with almost a decades worth of experience in the industry. Richard has co-ordinated all functions of brand and retail management; secured two significant rounds of investment and sold to leading global retailers such as Zalando, ASOS and John Lewis. Having worked with a mixture of established and emerging brands, Richard’s background has enabled him to focus on supporting brands to navigate the murky waters of online marketplaces and he has completed multiple successful online marketplace consultancy projects for well known European brands looking for a holistic approach to retain more brand control and improve or launch on high traffic sites like Amazon, eBay, La Redoute, Otto and Zalando.

 

Dan Burnham

Director of Account Management

Dan comes with over 20 years of retail and ecommerce experience having worked in Retail Marketing for electronics seller Richer Sounds, Head of the Professional Services EMEA at ChannelAdvisor, Chief Services Officer at Pentagon and Head of Customer Success at Volo Commerce (to name but a few). Having directly managed Amazon and eBay marketplace campaigns for sellers like Debenhams, House of Fraser and Vodafone as well as paid search and feed marketing campaigns for B&Q and BT.

 

Maciej Wiankowski

Director of Campaign Services

Maciej has a broad background on ecommerce, having spent early positions in the fulfillment, reporting and procurement planning. Maciej eventually became the Marketplace Manager of Big Shopping, smashing company marketplace targets. He took a position at ChannelAdvisor, where he managed some of the biggest EU brands across multiple channels and regions simultaneously. Maciej worked as a consultant for Volo commerce, advising clients on growth and infrastructure strategies and tools.

 

Matthew Ferguson

Director of Strategy

Matt worked previously for two US retailers as the ecommerce manager, before helping start up a Polish car marketplace project. Took a position at ChannelAdvisor, Team Lead Manager for all EMEA services. Managed accounts for brands and retailers: Quiksilver, House of Fraser, Mothercare, La Redoute, Debenhams, Clarks. Oversaw over 70% of all EMEA revenue growth. Worked as a consultant for Volo commerce.

 

Chris Denham

Digital Marketing Director

With 15 years experience in digital and 10 in ecommerce specifically, Chris has worked on some of the biggest names in retail, including H&M, JD Williams, Boots, B&Q and O2.

His core skills lie in digital, both with strategy and marketing across the full digital mix, with focus on growth through conversion optimisation, product data & feed optimisation and multi-channel acquisition.
